Translator Pro is a real-time English and Spanish conversation translation product. Features may include:

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use Translator Pro. The service is not intended for children under 13 (or the higher age required in your location). By using Translator Pro, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You retain ownership of content you submit (for example speech, text, and conversation material). You grant Translator Pro a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to provide the service you request (including translation, speech processing, storage of memory/profile data you enable, and security and operational processing).
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit content you provide and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.
Translator Pro uses automated systems. Translations, transcripts, and speech output may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. The service is provided for conversational assistance and convenience.
Translator Pro is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that translations will be accurate.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy for Translator Pro. By using the service, you acknowledge that policy.
Translator Pro relies on third-party infrastructure and services (including Google Cloud, Firebase, and Google Sign-In). Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, except as required by law.
Translator Pro, including its name, branding, software, interface, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the service except as needed for normal use. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
Translator Pro may be offered free of charge, with usage limits, or with paid plans in the future. If paid features are introduced, we will present pricing and payment terms before you are charged. Cloud provider costs and capacity limits may affect availability.
You may stop using Translator Pro at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting the support email listed below. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property terms) will survive termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Translator Pro and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or translation errors, arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Translator Pro in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Translator Pro and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. Courts located in Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where prohibited by applicable law.
